October 15, 2007—Breast Cancer Awareness "Pink Day" Breast cancer touches millions of lives and is diagnosed every day in our community. Without a cure, 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will continue to be diagnosed with breast cancer - a devastating disease with physical, emotional, psychological and financial pain that can last a lifetime. Without a cure, an estimated 5 million Americans will be diagnosed with breast cancer - and more than 1 million could die - over the next 25 years. On October 15, NewmanGrace participated in Passionately Pink Day. We were able to raise more than $275 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Visit www.passionatelypink.org to find out more about this event.
